1. What was it like before we found scrum?
   How we got here. We got too busy.  We had heard of Scrum before and there was something interest. But there was no real reason to switch it up. I saw a group of people doing agile training at a coffee shop I was at. It looked weird but interesting weird. I think it was explained to me but I didn’t really listen. We have dreams of growing, getting help and helping our customers. We didn’t realize that our roles would slightly change when we started tracking and doing.   We want to do better for our clients. We want to be transparent in what we are doing.
2. STORY. -As we started to grow more we started to feel like we were failing our clients because we weren’t being transparent and things weren’t streamlined. Then we started working with a new client and that put us up above what we could handle. We were now juggling so many balls. We were missing things. Double doing things.  This client they used Trello and scrum for their productivity. They didn’t say we should use it and I did share my Trello board with them before we moved things over (they probably thought we were a hot mess). I thought in order for us to communicate best with these guys I should jump on and try to quickly learn what they do and how. They’re a big organization with many departments. So I know they were doing something right. The marketing manager seemed so dialed in. That’s what got us started on this.  We were using Trello wrong.
3. Trello and Scrum | Working | doing things twice as fast, feeling great and getting it all done.
   1. What they are Scrum is an (agile) project management methodology or framework used primarily for software development projects with the goal of delivering new software capability every 2-4 weeks.
   2. Trello is an organizational tool that allows you to collaborate and organize projects.
4. Organization of Trello with scrum.
   1. LISTS, CARDS (CHECKLIST 3)
   2. DONE FEELING. Project replication and positive reinforcement. How psychology helps with the reinforcement.
   3. SPECIFIC ADD-ONS (TIME TRACKING) see the resources. They’re so good.
   4. TIME. It saves us time and it makes us feel more confident about growing our business.
   5. TRANSPARENCY. We share this with our clients so they can feel confident about what we’re doing and how.

The bottom line is that when done correctly, using a project management system will improve and provides the groundwork for you to grow your business. Closing deals, increasing revenue, and increasing our ability to do things well is essential in our business.
