People copy the actions of others. Things online are just an extension of what goes on online. The best way to generate social proof is by getting your customers to give you a review.
It is an excellent strategy way to pad your marketing and boost you up. It helps to validate your products, services, and company
and we know We don’t have complete control over what people post online. The perception of your company is created by your customers. You can help the perception but not control it and this is what makes getting and managing reviews is ever so important and a challenge.
For 1 you have to rely on your existing customers to leave reviews for your company.
The concept is simple. The hard part is achieve a customer positive response.
In theory, if you’re getting repeat customers and you retain customers you might have a higher likelihood of generating a review. But why leave it up to fate. We all know that if a customer is unhappy they are more than likely to leave a negative review and not keep coming back.
